The hotel completed the first phase of its renovation in 2026, which includes 120 fully renovated rooms, upgraded restaurants, and a redesigned lobby. Renovated rooms feature refined materials, soft lighting, and natural stone textures.

Guests have access to a main buffet restaurant and two à la carte restaurants serving Cretan and Italian cuisine. The all-inclusive package covers meals, beverages, and snacks at the beach bar. Special diet menus are available upon request.

The hotel provides a daily recreation programme that includes live shows, themed dinner nights, and evening entertainment. Sports facilities include a tennis court, table tennis, billiards, and a water park with slides. Guests can also use free kayaks and paddle boards at the beach.
